The Importance of Fiber Intake in a Complete Body Cleanse

Constipation can be a very frustrating and discomforting condition. Sadly, today half of the population in the U Sis struggling with constipation. The condition carries symptoms like bloating, stomachache, general discomfort, headache and many others. Therefore, it is very important to start doing something against it. There is nothing more beneficial than trying to cure yourself with natural foods, instead of taking chemicals, which promise you a laxative effect. Eating proper foods and drinking enough water is the key to healthy living, and this has been scientifically proven as well.

 

Products such as cheese, prepackaged snacks, candy of any color and shape, chocolate bars, hamburgers are all foods that should be cut out from your list. You will replace these with fresh fruits, vegetables, and fiber-rich foods in general. Moreover, you will drink around eight glasses of pure water a day (not soda!). If you can do this for two weeks, you will notice a major change in your general well-being, in how your digestive system works and in the clear skin, you will get. Also, get used to the psyllium husk, to bran and wheat. These all will guarantee you healthy bowel movements, and help you get rid of constipation.

 

Other fiber rich foods that should enter your diet are: blackberries, strawberries, raspberries, peas, cabbage, avocado and broccoli. Make yourself a healthy vegetable salad, and enjoy it with a slice of toast bread. Make yourself a healthy fruit salad and enjoy that with a tiny portion of whipped cream. You will feel easy, move easy, and your entire digestive system will not be burdened by heavy foods, thus making bowel movements easy. At the beginning, you may not find it easy to make these changes. Nevertheless, think of your health and of all the benefits you will get from eating healthy and staying properly hydrated.
