Get Rid Of Constipation With Natural Remedies

By Body Health Guide

If you are struggling with periods of constipation, there is something you can do about it. Instead of stuffing yourself with a lot of unhealthy chemical containing laxatives, you should use natural remedies in treating your constipation. Constipation is a condition that has a direct reason the diet, which has a very low fiber intake and low hydration. Therefore, start by drinking at least two liters of water a day. It does not matter whether you are thirsty or not, just drink it and you will see that in short time your system get s used to it, and will ask for more water.

Physical exercise is yet another natural remedy against constipation. You can jog, make gymnastics, or even walk. Walking for half an hour each day will help relieve constipation symptoms, especially bloating. You should stay away from laxatives because they might do more harm than good, especially if taken for long periods. Eat healthy instead. Natural food can have laxative effects: figs are very rich in fiber, and it is advisable that each evening before going to bed you soak two or three figs in warm milk and eat them. This habit will bring you healthy bowel movements in the morning.

Mangos are the number one fruit that will help you get rid of constipation. All you need to do is to put aside those unhealthy prepackaged snacks, and eat instead one healthy mango fruit. You will instantly feel better, and this will help you establish a natural digestive system balance. The Bael fruit is yet another natural adjuvant, and so is the kiwi fruit. You just pick out the one that you like best, stick with it, and you will cure yourself of the frustrating constipation. Some other fruits that have the same beneficial effects in your system are the guavas and the pears.
