10 Insanely Easy Juicing Recipes You Can Do In Your Sleep

It takes 10 to 15 minutes to do it. Most people might take that time just trying to find something good to watch on TV or surfing the Web trying to find the funniest videos (with cats or dogs obviously- comedy geniuses!). Wouldn’t you rather do something that creates spectacular results for your body and your mind instead of mindlessly searching for entertainment?

You can compromise: Take 10 to 15 minutes cranking out really tasty juices, then kick back in your living room or in front of your computer. Find your preferred entertainment while drinking a terrifically healthy juice. 

 

Juicing is easy once you get the hang of it, and here’s how: mix all the ingredients into a juicer and you’re good to go. That’s it. Literally. You just have to explore which fruits go with which vegetables and which herbs go with which combinations. Also, with six or less ingredients, minimal prepping to peel and cut, there’s no “mistake” you can make with your juice. 

 

Here are 10 insanely easy juicing recipes you can do in your sleep.

 

1. The Pineapple-Kale-Apple Combo

¼ pineapple, cut

1 medium apple, cut

4 to 6 kale leaves

½ cucumber

½ bunch of parsley

 

2. Beets-Pear-Carrot Flavors

1 red beet, peeled and cut

1 Bosc pear, peeled, cut, and cored

5 carrots, ends cut and halved 

3 celery stalks, ends cut and halved

1 cucumber

1 Meyer lemon, juiced

 

3. Morning Juice

1 grapefruit, peeled

1 apple, cut

 

4. Berries and Pineapple Mix

1 bunch black grapes

4 strawberries

1 large chunk of pineapple

 

5. The Vitamin C Blast

3 oranges, halved and juiced

1 grapefruit, halved and juiced

1 Meyer lemon

1 lime

 

6. The Cleanser

4 carrots, peeled and halved

½ cucumber, peeled and cut

1 beet, peeled and cut

 

7. Simple Green Juice

5 small apples

3 kale leaves

½ lemon

 

8. Apple-Cucumber-Ginger Mix

1 apple, cut and quartered

1 cucumber, cut

½ ginger root, peeled and cut

A handful of mint leaves

 

9. Energy Booster

2 tangerines, peeled

2 oranges, peeled

2 carrots, peeled and cut

2 celery stalks

 

10. Kid-friendly Juice

2 carrots, peeled and cut

1 pear, peeled and quartered

1 orange, juiced

 

Freshly juiced fruits and vegetables, with a dash or bunch of the right herbs and spices, are good for your mind and your body. You get the right amount of nutrients you need to stay strong, energetic, and resistant to harmful diseases and germs. Juicing will also lower your cholesterol, promote better digestion, and improve the condition of your skin.
